お支払方法について

当サイトでは下記の支払い方法に対応しています。

クレジットカード

VISA, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, JCBブランドでのカード決済が可能です。

Google Pay

Google Chromeを利用してご覧いただいている場合、Google Payアカウントでのお支払いが可能です。

決済画面にて、エクスプレスチェックアウトからGoogle Payをご選択ください。

Apple Pay

iPhone、iPad、Macでは、Apple Payを使って、SafariのWeb上での支払いをすることができます。

決済画面にて、エクスプレスチェックアウトからApple Payをご選択ください。

ペイディ/paidy

メールアドレスと携帯電話番号だけで簡単に決済できるあと払い決済となります

決済画面にて、エクスプレスチェックアウトからペイディをご選択ください。

コンビニ決済

注文時に発行される振込番号を用いて、コンビニの店頭でお支払いいただくことが出来ます。

署名での決済が可能の他、日本全国のコンビニエンスストアにて24時間365日いつでもお支払い可能です。

楽天ペイ

表示されるログイン画面で楽天ID入力しログインしてお支払い画面に進んでください。

クレジットカードを登録する必要はありません。

スマホ決済

LINE Pay メルペイ　PayPay

銀行振込

ご注文完了後、注文代金合計を指定の銀行口座にお振り込み下さい。

なお、振込手数料はお客様のご負担となります

 

配送・送料について

配送業者: 日本郵便又は、佐川、その他海外向け配送会社

お届け日数: ご注文から1ヶ月程

配送送料: 通常配送送料無料￥0（北海道・沖縄・離島送料+880円）

  • 北海道・沖縄への配送は、通常送料+880円となります。
  • 離島の場合、中継料金が別途発生する可能性がありますので、その場合は発送前にご連絡させていただきます。
  • 場合によっては、配送業者を同等のキャリアに予告なく変更する可能性がありますので、予めご了承ください。

 

キャンセルについて

ご注文の出荷後の注文キャンセルにつきましては、基本的にお受けすることができませんので、予めご了承ください。

出荷前のキャンセルにつきましては、お問い合わせフォームよりご相談ください。

 

 

返品・交換条件について

初期不良品及び損傷が見受けられる場合に限り、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡いただければ、新品商品と交換させていただきます。

なお、初期不良及び損傷による返品送料は弊社が負担させていただきます。

※記載サイズは基本的に平置き採寸であり、多少の誤差が生じる場合がございます。
※海外製品は日本製品と比べて製品基準が甘く、縫製・作りが雑な場合があります。
※ご覧になっているモニターやディスプレイ環境により、実際の商品と色味、質感などが異なって見える場合がございます。

 

Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods on our site:

  • Credit Card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB.
  • Google Pay: If you are using Google Chrome, you can pay with Google Pay by selecting it from the express checkout options on the payment screen.
  • Apple Pay: On iPhone, iPad, or Mac, you can use Apple Pay for payments through Safari. Select Apple Pay from the express checkout options on the payment screen.
  • Paidy: This deferred payment method allows you to pay easily using just your email address and mobile phone number. Choose Paidy from the express checkout options on the payment screen.
  • Convenience Store Payment: You can pay at a convenience store using the payment number issued during the order process. Payments can be made 24/7 at convenience stores nationwide. Signature payments are also possible.
  • Rakuten Pay: Log in with your Rakuten ID on the login screen and proceed to the payment screen. No need to register a credit card.
  • Smartphone Payments: LINE Pay, Merpay, PayPay.
  • Bank Transfer: After completing your order, please transfer the total amount to the specified bank account. Note that transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Carrier: Japan Post, Sagawa, or other international shipping companies.
  • Delivery Time: Approximately 1 months from the order date.
  • Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping. For deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, there is an additional charge of ¥880.

For deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa, an extra ¥880 is added to the standard shipping fee. Remote islands may incur additional relay charges, and we will contact you if this is the case. Shipping carriers may change to an equivalent carrier without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. Please contact us through the inquiry form if you wish to cancel before shipping.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. If you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, we will exchange it for a new item. Return shipping costs for defective or damaged items are covered by us.

Please note that sizes are generally measured flat, and there may be slight discrepancies. International products may have less precise construction compared to Japanese products. The color and texture of the product may also differ from what appears on your monitor or display.
